Extra-galactic globular cluster. Largest and brightest globular cluster bound to M31, mag 13.7. Data for this image combined from two Hubble cameras. The image published by the Hubble Heritage team used data from WFPC2 only, the original Hubble camera. This image uses data from the higher resolution WFPC3 supplimented with infrared data from WFPC2.
