Camera: Mosaic II, 8675 x 8775 pixels
Exposure: Image is 17.5 x 11.1 arcmin and combines 6 frames U (600 sec), B (90 sec), V (90 sec), R (70 sec), I (200 sec) and HA (300 sec). Limiting mag is about 23. An isolated, small irregular galaxy, member of the local galaxy group just a bit further than M31 and M33. Not recognized as a galaxy until 1926. Only 1 known globular cluster. Its proximity and low dust allow it to be easily resolved into stars. High resolution image.
